Steve has over 45 years in the Construction Industry, including Residential, Commercial, Industrial and Restaurant Business. Steve also owned his own company during these 45 years. Steve also has GC licenses in 15 states.

Dan has over 30 years of experience in the management of construction operations in the commercial, healthcare, telecommunications, and municipal sectors. Dan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Business administration and is also a licensed professional engineer and a licensed general contractor. Dan has experience administering construction management and general contracting services under fixed price bidding, guaranteed maximum price, and integrated project delivery type contracts. His philosophy of success is to work collaboratively with owners, design professionals, jurisdictional representatives, and the community of subcontract trade partners and vendors.

With over 20 years in construction, Dave started as a carpenter in residential work and later graduated from Temple University. He has collaborated with top general contractors in both union and non-union sectors. A Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC) and LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP), Dave has built commercial offices, critical care facilities, and high-end office fit outs ranging from $5MM to $75MM. He is passionate about all aspects of construction.
